The short version.
I started building AI because the people around me kept asking the same question: “Cool demo, but does it actually work on a Tuesday at 6 a.m.?”
Fifteen years as an RN makes that question feel familiar. Hospitals run on tools that have to work at 6 a.m., every time. Most AI content is built for the demo: the version that wows on Monday and quietly breaks by Thursday. I’m more interested in the boring middle, the part where you actually have to ship the thing, get a team to use it, and turn it into revenue.
So that’s what I do. I run CH Tech Ventures, a small holding company of AI products, write The AI Blink for the people doing the work, and share what holds up in production, not what looks good in a screenshot.
